Week 3

FEED: Functional living isn’t a 3 week process. The third week is merely the beginning o your new way of life. Take this time to look back at all you accomplished. No matter how big or small, change is difficult. Congratulate yourself! By the third week you should have started creating a new rhythm to your life and day. You should be more aware of your body, breath, and tension.

  • Schedule mini-health goals into your daily planner.
  • Make rest and leisure a priority.
  • Choose a few new recipes and create them for yourself, family, or friends.
  • Develop your eating pattern for snacks and meals throughout the day. Eat 4-5 times during the day but decrease your portion size.
  • Prepare snacks and lunches the night before.
  • Stretch, breath deeply, and sweat daily.
  • Revisit this process every few months.
