Replanting Health For Functional Living

Not everything in nutrition relates to the foods you eat.  It’s also about other factors like organisation, mindfulness and motivation.  That is why we recommend ‘weeding’ your kitchen during this New Year period to help achieve your health goals.

Start by cleaning out your kitchen and office and throwing away non-nourishing foods, plastic microwaveable meals, and foods laden with trans fat and MSG.  Look at replacing harsh household cleaners and chemicals.  Deep clean your home to reduce dust, pet dander and molds.  Then think about 'seeding' by creating a list of items you need to purchase to make your home and office more nourishing. Finally kick-off the New Year with a three-day whole food cleanse.  This will help recalibrate your body.

If you don't have a chance to visit one of our properties, this step-by-step list by our nutritionist on how to 'weed and seed' your home will help you achieve your health goals.
